Welcome to the Michael Morpurgo class!

Our class is made up of 29 lovely year 2 children. Our teacher is Miss Ockwell and our teaching assistants are Miss Sheers and Mrs Hodson. 

We always work hard and try our best with everything we do. We love investigating and learning new things.

Our topics through the year are: 'What makes the fire of London so Great?', 'What lives on our planet and where?' and 'Cornwall My home'. 

Homework

Reading: Children bring home two books a week; a 'book bag book' on a Monday and the Read, Write, Inc book that that they have been reading during the week on a Wednesday.

Comprehension Homework:

Year 2 children are set a piece of comprehension homework each week.
