Eric Carle pre school have been busy practicing for our 'big bounce' next week. Thank to everyone that are sponsoring the children to see how many bounces they can complete in one minute. We are raising money for our sports morning, graduation and our end of term party week

Eric Carle pre school have had a lovely morning learning about why we celebrate VE day and enjoying our own little street party. It was a perfect time to demonstrate how we apply British values to our everyday routines, well done everyone.

We have been busy making boats in Reception, linking to our topic of Marvellous Mystery Tour, modes of transport and our Drawing Club story of Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers. The children used cutting, fixing and joining skills to assemble and test their boats. We talked about the best materials and shapes of containers to float.
